Das Projekt "Self-care, body and territory" ist ein Theaterworkshop, der sich an FLINTA*-Personen mit Migrationshintergrund richtet. Es wird von der brasilianischen Künstlerin Uriara Maciel geleitet, die sich mit dekolonialen und feministischen Themen beschäftigt. Der Workshop basiert auf dem Theater der Unterdrückten und schafft einen sicheren Raum für queere, migrantische Menschen, um über Körper, Territorium und Selbstfürsorge nachzudenken. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kollektiv AyôSol, zielt das Projekt darauf ab, intersektionale Perspektiven auf Solidarität und Gemeinschaft zu stärken. Durch theatralische Übungen und Gruppenarbeit sollen Teilnehmer*innen ihre Erfahrungen teilen und neue Perspektiven auf soziale Veränderungen entwickeln. Am Ende wird ein Theaterstück produziert und aufgeführt. Das Projekt fördert künstlerischen Ausdruck als Mittel der politischen Emanzipation und Solidarität.

The project "Self-care, body and territory" is a theater workshop aimed at FLINTA* individuals with a migration background. It is led by Brazilian artist Uriara Maciel, whose work focuses on decolonial and feminist themes. The workshop is based on the Theatre of the Oppressed and creates a safe space for queer, migrant people to reflect on body, territory, and self-care.
In collaboration with the collective AyôSol, the project aims to strengthen intersectional perspectives on solidarity and community. Through theatrical exercises and group work, participants are encouraged to share their experiences and develop new perspectives on social change.
At the end of the workshop, a theater piece will be produced and performed. The project promotes artistic expression as a means of political empowerment and solidarity.
